To me, clothing is not just something we wear. It is a rhythm, a story, and a soul.

I am a fashion designer who views craft not merely as technique, but as a language of storytelling.

Every thread, every knot, carries emotion. Woven with the intention of making the wearer feel truly alive in what they wear.

I merge traditional techniques such as macramé, crochet, and knitting with a contemporary perspective to create works that are both delicate and powerful, rich in feeling and designed to allow the wearer to be their most authentic self.

EMBRACING THE TRUE SELF

This collection is presented under the concept of “Embracing The True Self”

It is inspired by the Japanese folktale of Princess Kaguya tiny girl born from a bamboo stalk, raised with love, but later burdened by the expectations of those around her. In the end, those expectations stripped away her sense of self and led to a sorrowful farewell.

When reflecting on this tale in the context of real life, I feel it is a deeply sad and regrettable story. That’s why I wanted to “rewrite” Princess Kaguya’s ending one where she gets to choose her own path and be true to herself.

This concept is expressed through fashion design, using techniques such as macramé, knitting, and crochet to create intricate patterns and meaningful details that reflect the process of reclaiming one’s identity thread by thread, knot by knot.
